Did not receive my order and you still have my money

This was my second attempt at ordering this...

The first time I ordered these, my order was cancelled and payment taken, then I was told I had cancelled my order in an automated response, and all further emails were ignored. My payment was eventually refunded.

On my second attempt, my money has been taken and tracking information provided with the confirmation (didn't even get this far first time). However, royal mail never received the parcel once it was dispatched and once again, several of my emails have been ignored, and you still have my money
